Letter to the Editor:

On behalf of The Sad Café, its’ staff and Board of Directors I would like to express our deep and sincere appreciation to the Sanborn Regional Middle School, their Student Council and Sue Hodsdon, Student Council Advisor for the Sanborm Regional Middle School Grades 6-8 for their recent selfless support of The Sad Café. The Student Council planned the Spring Fling Dance held May 13th at the school as a fundraiser for The Sad Café. The Student Council made posters, solicited items for a raffle and made possible a donation to The Sad Café of $560 from dance proceeds. The Student Council and student body of SRMS showed great community spirit and enthusiasm. The Sad Café exists through the kind of support shown by these young people.
